The little miracles of detox teas

Why wear out the little miracles of detox teas?

It's a well-known fact that in this day and age, we ingest and evolve in the midst of a host of elements that are harmful to our health. Saturated fats, alcohol, tobacco, pesticides, external pollution, etc. are just some of the toxins that make up our daily lives. These elements overload, tire and dirty our bodies, so it's important to think about relieving and cleansing them with natural products.
Faced with this problem, plants seem to be the solution. Indeed, it's clear that they possess numerous virtues that can benefit us by purifying, for example, the liver, intestines, kidneys, lungs and skin. While some (like semi-fermented teas) help burn fat, others (like thyme) facilitate transit. But the virtues of the plants that nature makes available to us don't stop there; many of them - in addition to improving daily comfort - help us to regain harmony and dynamism.
This is particularly true of lemongrass verbena (or odorant verbena), a plant native to South America also known as Lippia citriodora, which is especially recommended for regulating our emotions.

What are detox teas made of?

Using the natural elements that surround us, we can reduce the effects of the industrialized world by detoxifying our bodies. Mixing a variety of purifying ingredients with different tastes seems to be an advantage, allowing us to combine purification with pleasure.
It's not surprising, then, that detox teas are now in vogue, proving to be both effective and enjoyable. Naturalpes has decided to join the fight against the toxic pollution we suffer every day by marketing a range of herbal teas, the main ingredient of which is scented verbena. The main ingredient is scented verbena, which helps treat post-meal complaints such as bloating.

The first is L'infusion Fleurs d'été: its ingredients are scented verbena, Moroccan mint, lemon thyme, basil, sunflower blossoms, cornflower blossoms and monarda blossoms. These elements give the herbal tea a sweet taste enhanced by a hint of spice.
It's also easy to prepare: simply leave the elements to infuse cold for 12 hours, then filter. Last but not least, this infusion is best enjoyed chilled.

The second herbal tea is L'infusion Fraîcheur d'Automne: an excellent accompaniment. Its ingredients are scented verbena, cinnamon basil, Moroccan mint, sunflower blossoms, cornflower blossoms and pineapple sage blossoms. Thanks to these ingredients, the infusion is very sweet and aromatic.
This blend is so fresh, it feels like a mint candy in your mouth. What's more, its fragrance is very spicy (thanks to the camphor) and surprisingly sweet (thanks to the citrus).
Last but not least, it's quick and easy to prepare: simply place a teaspoon of the blend in a cup, leave to infuse for 4 minutes, then strain before enjoying!
